Supporting documents will vary based on the type of strategy but may include the following:
- Fact find – necessary in all cases
- Strategy papers/working papers – necessary in all cases
- Super/Pension/Investment statements and/or research – if strategy dictates
- Recommended insurance quotes – If strategy dictates
- Alternate strategies – if required
- Insurance research and/or certificates of currency – If strategy dictates

Do you need help with any of these tasks? Future Paraplanning are happy to assist with all Working Papers and Strategy File Notes.
Once submitted, a member of the team will contact you within two business days for any questions relating to the plan. Your plan will be ready in 7-10 business days from submission. You will then be invoiced for the plan upon completion.

We met Sam in 2018 at a period where our industry was facing a lot of media attention, upheaval and change. The timing couldn’t have been more perfect, given that our Paraplanner at the time had given us 6 months’ notice as they were exiting the industry.
We gave Sam the opportunity to do a test run with two Statements of Advice – needless to say, we haven’t looked back and all future advice documents have since been sent to Future Paraplanning.
We spent some time together refining the process, so that it is standardized and streamlined for each of our advisers and this is working very well.

Are the plans completed in Australia?
Yes, all our work is completed in Australia, with our office located in Burleigh Heads, Queensland.
Are there any upfront fees?
No, there are no upfront fees with our work. Once we have completed your SOA an invoice will be produced in a weekly invoice run.
Is there a minimum number of plans that I can send through?
No. We’re happy to work on an ad-hoc basis, although the greater volume of work you submit will lead to greater consistency and correlation between us and you.
Will you provide strategy guidance for more complex cases?
Yes, we’re happy to use our expertise and discuss your options with you; we have quite considerable experience in this field and can complete multi-entity advice and strategy development. Please let us know if you require assistance.
Will you provide a compliance oversight?
At Future Paraplanning we ensure the highest standard of compliance and are happy to work with you in this regard. We work closely with our clients to ensure that plans are only started once best interest duty has been met. We’d rather get a plan done once and it be compliant rather than being held up with compliance which would come at longer turnaround times and higher costs to you for re-work of the plan.
What happens if you need Future Paraplanning to amend my plan?
Depending on the re-work involved and the reasons to change, we are happy to make amendments and updates to your plans; however, if the re-work is due to a change in strategy or missing information, there may be costs involved. We encourage open dialogue to streamline the process for both parties.
