Q: Are the plans completed in Australia?
A: Yes – In our Gold Coast office.
Q: Are there any upfront fees?
A: No – you only pay upon completion of your work. We will invoice within two weeks of plan completion.
Q: Is there a minimum number of plans that I can send through?
A: No. We’re happy to work on an ad-hoc basis, although the greater volume of work you submit will lead to greater consistency and correlation between us and you.
Q: Will you provide strategy guidance for more complex cases?
A: Yes, we’re happy to use our expertise and discuss your options with you. Please let us know if you require assistance.
Q: Will you provide a compliance oversight?
A: A: At Future Paraplanning we ensure the highest standard of compliance and are happy to work with you in this regard.
Q: What happens if you need Future Paraplanning to amend my plan?
A: Depending on the re-work involved and the reasons to change, we are happy to make amendments and updates to your plans; however, if the re-work is due to a change in strategy, there may be costs involved. We encourage open dialogue to streamline the process for both parties.
Q: Do we assist with working papers?
A: Yes – And we would even encourage it to place you in a better position you for audit.
